1972

Titus Bauman founded Bauman Manufacturing in Conestoga, Ontario, where the business focused on supplying replacement chain and other custom solutions for agricultural implements.

1974

Later on, custom stabling became a core part of the company’s product line. From large gates to slam latches and hinges, we began to supply quality welded and galvanized components to local farmers and dairy equipment dealers.

1990

The Ebersol line of inclined conveyors and elevators was then added to our range of products, opening the doors further into the agricultural and material handling sectors. This brand continues to be a staple, and has since grown with added models, custom conveyor styles, and a range of features.

2001

To better serve our growing customer base, Bauman’s relocated to a new facility with sister company Eldale Machine & Tool in the heart of Elmira, Ontario. This expanded our capacity for custom fabrication and readily available equipment and parts inventory for our customers.

2005

Our next phase included the design and launch of the Bauman Drop Spreader, our most popular line fo equipment today. This step allowed us to break into the snow and ice industry.

2016

After several years importing chain, drive components, and other aftermarket parts to supply end-users and OEM’s across Ontario, Bauman’s proudly began the Canadian distributor of Binacchi PTO’s.

Today

As always, we continue to develop our product line in order to better serve the growing and chainging needs of our customers across the agricultural, industrial, and snow and ice industries.
